If your Task Manager is afflicted in this manner, there are probably other things that also don't work - like Registry Editor, System Restore and Command Prompt, so fix them all at once even if you haven't found out they are broken yet. These registry commands will remove the registry entries that are stopping the programs from opening.
No one is providing MS-DOS with windows - you do get a command prompt emulator that is *like* the old MS-DOS. However - Windows no longer runs on top of DOS.
I can make "COMMAND + Shift + < work, but not "COMMAND + Shift + <" I understand now this has to do with my Norwegian Keyboard design layout! Not sure how to solve it. < and > have seperate keys on the US keyboard, on the Norwegian keyboard < > is sharing the SAME key! In order to get "<", SHIFT cannot be used at the same time!
