"Every time I've come into this UPS Store the same young man at the front desk has been rude and unprofessional. Today I brought in two boxes that needed to be taped shut. Instead of offering a quick piece of tape, he charged me five dollars just to tape one box. I ended up buying a full roll of tape, used three pieces, and left the rest for other customers. This is not a one-time issue --\nhis attitude and lack of basic customer service have been consistent on every visit."
