City leaders in Miami Beach are making their message clear to Spring Break visitors – lawlessness will not be tolerated.

"This is a new day for Miami Beach," City Manager Eric Carpenter said during a press conference Tuesday.

With spring break just weeks away, Miami Beach officials have decided which crowd-control measures will remain in place and which will be lifted as the city prepares for another influx of visitors.
