Offset Load Kettlebell Stepping for conditioning, grip and loaded cardio training. This is a simple one - basically Farmers Carry but in stepping pattern. For this stepping variation, I've got one 90 lb kettlebell and one 53 lb kettlebell. This offset loading has two purposes... 1.
