The first Qatari pilots to complete the full UK flying training programme graduated last week. Lieutenant Abdulla Al Hay and Lieutenant Bader Al Bader from the Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF) started basic training on the Prefect at RAF College Cranwell in March 2019. After progressing onto fast jet training at RAF Valley flying the Hawk, their journey culminated by training on the Typhoon at Royal Air Force Coningsby.
